Union leadership
An institutional introduction to the President of the Union, the members of the National Executive Bureau, and this body’s role in coordinating the Union’s structures.
Back to home
Our engagement today in an integrated process of national development is not merely a response to temporary circumstances. It reflects the conscious and responsible adoption of a new model of institutional architecture designed to strengthen the governance of public action in its social and economic dimensions.
At the General Union of Algerian Youth and Business (UGJAA), we are guided by the firm conviction that building a state grounded in strong institutions necessarily requires moving from “formal participation” to “meaningful contribution” to decision-making. Such a contribution rests above all on competence exercised with responsibility and openness to initiative, which together serve as benchmarks for empowerment.
Our vision is open and inclusive: we reach out to all the nation’s talents and energies — young people and entrepreneurs at home and abroad — who constitute Algeria’s strategic depth.
Our highest objective is to support Algeria in achieving social cohesion and economic take-off by equipping a generation of youth and economic actors who do not merely keep pace with transformations, but help shape them. We firmly believe that institutional stability and the development of the national economy are the foundations of a secure and sustainable future for Algeria.
The National Executive Bureau is the Union’s executive and management body. Accountable to the National Council, it coordinates, facilitates, monitors, and guides the activities of the Union’s structures.
